1. Services Provided
We offer a range of gardening services in Shoreditch, including:
- Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns to keep them healthy and vibrant.
- Planting and Landscaping: Designing and planting gardens with a variety of flora to enhance your outdoor space.
- Garden Clean-Up: Removing debris, pruning plants, and preparing gardens for different seasons.
- Hardscaping: Installing patios, pathways, and other structural elements in your garden.
2. Booking and Scheduling
To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information. Appointment scheduling is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances.
2.1 Reservation Process
Reservations can be made via our online booking system or by phone. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your appointment.
2.2 Changes and Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made as per the agreed terms outlined in your service agreement.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- Invoicing: Invoices are issued upon completion of services and are payable within 14 days.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in your service agreement.
4. Liability and Responsibility
Gardener Shoreditch strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, pests, or pre-existing garden conditions.
4.1 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the garden area is accessible and free from hazards before our team arrives. Any specific instructions or requirements should be communicated clearly during the booking process.
5. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the service booking and delivery process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if there is a breach of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date must be settled promptly.
6.1 Grounds for Termination
- Failure to comply with payment terms.
- Misuse or damage to property beyond normal wear and tear.
- Violation of any other terms outlined in the service agreement.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardener Shoreditch operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
8. Amendments
Gardener Shoreditch reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through our official communication channels and will take effect immediately upon posting.
